Must have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrate ability to recognize and react to situations with a sense of urgency. Maintain call and problem resolution logs.
Job Skills: 1+ year TSQL and/or ColdFusion experience; Code troubleshooting experience; Excellent verbal and written communication; Excellent customer service skills; Exceptional problem solving skills; Experience with Autotask help desk software a plus; Prior help desk experience a plus
