Expert-level competency in C# using Visual Studio 2005
Third-party controls (Infragistics or similar)
Broad Experience with .NET Framework 2.0 (WF, WCF, WPF, WCS)
Experience with ADO.NET
Strong in SQL Server 2005 and ability to work effectively with our DB Team
Experience in a Microsoft-centric environment and an understanding of the products and tools common to that environment
Demonstrable experience developing solution architecture
Leadership experience throughout the SDLC using Agile Methodologies
Very good communications skills
Ability to express complex technical concepts in easily understood business terms
Proactive style showing the motivation to respond quickly to business needs
Strong desire to learn and apply the latest technologies in this area
Ability create clear, concise, and accurate documentation
Bachelor of Science degree in related field or equivalent experience
